One month ago, I sent a request letter to the company to clear my pending travel expenses of ₹40,000 and the remaining salary of ₹15,000. However, they replied to me point by point, stating that the deductions were made according to company policy. The tour expenses date back to 5-6 months, yet I was never warned that the tour amount might not be approved. I am at a loss of ₹55,000. It has been a year, and the due amount has still not been cleared. In response to my recent request letter, they stated point by point that all these claims were not cleared in accordance with the company's rules.
I appeal to all members that these claims are genuine, and I seek justice. I have worked for 8 months in this company. Please provide urgent guidance as I need to meet with a lawyer today.
