Thank you so much for your reply, but I need some more in-depth knowledge. Ask your question, and we'll answer you or provide whatever information you need.

Exploring ESIC & EPF

If you really want to know about ESIC & EPF, you just need to visit their official websites where everything you need is available. Alternatively, you can use the "reSearch" option at the top of this page to find the information you are looking for.

I have gone through the site of EPFO and read the manual. I want to know how to decide the salary structure. For example, if the CTC is Rs. 15,000, how can we bifurcate it? What's the procedure? I mean, how do we distribute it among Basic, DA, HRA, and other allowances, etc.?

Could any of you please help me with information on minimum wages and statutory compliance? Also, if the 12% PF contribution exceeds Rs. 780, what should be done? Additionally, what about TDS—when will it be deducted and on what basis?

Awaiting a reply.

Regards.
