As a matter of fact, the difference between the workforce and management must be reduced, and the welfare of the workforce must be taken care of. If the management provides permanent workplaces (factories) for its workforce, they must offer good accommodation, medical facilities for the workforce and their families, and quality education for the workers' children. Recognizing and appreciating the workers will lead to increased productivity and better interpersonal relationships, especially among the top-ranking children of the workers.
The management should implement a grievance redressal system in three tiers across all factories, as labor unrest is predominantly seen in the manufacturing and mining sectors.
