PF & ESIC Facility To Old Employees

Hi,
I need a help. We are 75 yrs old company and i've just joined here. We have recently started with the PF & ESIC facility. Only new employees are benefited under PF & ESIC. I'm thinking of giving PF and ESIC facility to old employees as well, who are not registered for PF & ESIC. Please guide me whether we can register them for PF & ESIC benefits.

Whats your company's Employee Size?
Opening PF and ESIC is not a problem, but I guess depending on your employee size will involve some legalities since being an old est. My suggestion, seek help from Legal Consultant on PF and ESIC.
