When I was working with my previous consultancy, there was only one mechanism to find the right pool of candidates, i.e., using paid job portals and tele-calling candidates to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Upon joining a new consultancy, there was immense pressure to fulfill the requirements, which left me feeling very depressed. A friend of mine suggested a model for increasing candidate acquisition, from which I formulated a 5 Framework model. I am not claiming this concept as my own, but based on my experience, I found this approach to be effective.
