KPI For Site Supervisors

Good Morning to all,
Could some body please help me with a KPI format for a Supervisory position (Constrcution Sector). This shall be covered for customer satisfaction as well as staff grievences handling etc.

Secondly, KPIs measure the business or department's performance whereas KRAs measure the individual's performance. You need to understand the difference between the two.past
