Good morning to all, could somebody please help me with a KPI format for a supervisory position in the construction sector? This should cover customer satisfaction as well as staff grievances handling, etc.
What is the job description of the position? Secondly, KPIs measure the business or department's performance, whereas KRAs measure the individual's performance. You need to understand the difference between the two. Check this forum. A lot of discussion has taken place in the past on this subject.
