Some of my observations are:
1. The word "Applicability" appears twice, though in different contexts, which may confuse some. It would be better to avoid repetition.
2. Under the point "Applicability," the policy specifies what visits are covered under the policy. There may be many other occasions where an employee may have to undertake a tour for the company's work. Therefore, it will be sufficient to state that the policy covers every tour/travel undertaken for the company's work/duty.
3. The classification of cities does not appear prudent. How can a metro like Ahmedabad be clubbed with a small town like Amaravati?
4. Under the heading "Domestic Policy," the DA is kept uniform. However, I feel it should vary according to the classification of cities.
These are some observations.
