I m new member on this site.glad to receive your concern.there is no HR dept .I m trying to construct the same.broadly there are marketing/sales dept,account dept.there is no appropriate designation defined here.every one is manager,AGM assit manager here, designation is not relevent to their experience or education.
there are five product which have 1 -2 BM reporting to GM sales/Marketing under them 4-8 ASO(area sales officer) reporting to BM.there are 3 person at present who are looking after the salary PF ESI part.there are 200 office taff and 150 labours working ,we have 4 stockyards as well(2 stockyard is looked after by senoir person,the other 2 is looked after by GM sales/marketing).I am attaching a ppt where i have tried to frame the org.structure this is present org stru on the paper,on practicle side every one is directly reporting to MD,no heirarchy.please suggest how to provide designation,what are basic parameter to provide the same.
kindly go through,and help to develope the same.
