Dear All,
Can u please help me out?
Is there any age limit to recruit an Employee to the firm? i know the Child labour act and all, but my Question is that if a person who works in Government Company or Office and who retired and getting pension also,the same person if he join to new company , can we considered that person in to ESI applicability?

There is no age limit as per law. However if company policy restricts you may not recruit. There is no age limit in the esic act for coverage/benefits. Accordingly, he would get benefits as long as he contributes.
