Factory Is Not In Esi Coverage Area - PDF Download

Dear Seniors
I working in food Company witch is out of ESI coverage area.pls guide me what is the responsibility of Employer as per rule and humanity ground when his employee is meet accident in factory or Ill.

Dear Puneet,
The Workmen's Compensation act is applicable if the ESI is not coverage means. According to this Act, If personal injury is caused to a workman by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, his employer shall be liable to pay compensation.

If Non coverage of ESI then you can go with Workmen compensation Act 1923.
if anything let us know.

Kindly confirm me Industry which is located in Chikkaballapur District need to pay esi to its employees.

You can also cover your employees under Group personal accident policy only inside the factory or both under any national insurance companies to get leave wages and death insurance coverage and also part payment of medical bills
