Hi All, Kindly guide me on this particular situation. I am going to hire a candidate who has been fired by the last organization, but she hasn't received any legal document from the company. She left the organization and hasn't reported to the office for the last 5 days. Now she has applied to our organization for a job. Her last organization is not ready to provide her relieving letter, and as per joining formalities, I need the relieving letter. She also doesn't have the resignation acceptance letter. Kindly guide me on all.
