Please go to website cpcb.nic.in, there are lots of regulations, manuals, guidelines, protocols are placed.
All these are mandatory for 17 categories of industries i.e Gross Polluting Industries (listed at website).
Data of effluent and emission shall be uploaded at SPCB/CPCB. This is a must or face legal actions.
