Please let me know whether the parameter on which the performance is to be measured are defined? (It can be either by Head of the Functions/ HODs/ OR Management )
There are following aspects to it:
1. Need to decide the parameters- Based on the business done
2. Parameters need to cover - Technical, soft skills, Interpersonal Skills, Growth in terms of learning, new initiatives, etc.
3. Also the appraiser needs to know the expected performance of each role.
IF you have all this in place you can now develop a performance appraisal form for all the staff .
