How many people are currently in HR? Please let me know if the parameters for measuring performance have been defined. This can be done by the Head of the Functions/HODs/Management. There are several aspects to consider:
1. The parameters need to be decided based on the business conducted.
2. Parameters should cover technical skills, soft skills, interpersonal skills, growth in terms of learning, new initiatives, etc.
3. The appraiser should also know the expected performance for each role.
If you have all this in place, you can now develop a performance appraisal form for all the staff.
