How Do I Write a Termination Letter Due to Financial Crisis in Construction?

Dear Sir, I am new to CITEHR. I am working as an HR Executive who recently joined a Civil Construction Company. The company has terminated their subcontractor responsible for executing this work, leading to the subsequent termination of the contract. Now, the management wants to terminate some employees who were engaged by our company. I need to prepare a Termination Letter for the employees, citing the reason that the company is currently facing a financial crisis.

Could you kindly provide me with a Termination Letter Format? This is of an urgent nature.

Please do not terminate their services. Instead, call them to the HR Department and ask them to submit a letter of resignation. Requesting an employee to resign is always a safer option.
