Pronouncing English Dictionary

Hi frenz,
I just registered in citehr. I want to speak fluent english, So i need your help. I need a dictionary that must give meaning and pronunciation. I searched in net i could not find. Cambridge pronouncing dictionary is available but not free of cost. Can anybody give copy of Cambridge pronouncing dictionary. Anybody has pronouncing software like, if i type anything it has to pronounce and it has to give comparison.
