IGNOU MBA Project Report

Hi all,
I am doing MBA_HR IGNOU and I have completed my all my therotical papers and waating to complete my final project.
I am looking for somebody who has done/is doing a project in HR who can help me. I want some guidance on how to proceed. If there are students in a similar stage, shall we share tips/material?

U will not get any ready made project. U hv to work out the topic on which u would like to do the project and I can give some guidance as I did my MBA(HR) form IGNOU in 2005 & I take up projects for MBA as well as PhD professionally.
