You will not get any ready-made project. You have to work out the topic on which you would like to do the project, and I can give some guidance. I completed my MBA (HR) from IGNOU in 2005, and I take up projects for MBA as well as Ph.D. professionally.

In fact, I have attached projects of two of my MBA students (of course, with their permission). These can act as guides for structure and methodology only. Please resist the temptation of using someone else's project for submission. You are undertaking the course to learn and not solely to earn a degree by paying money.
