I am pursuing MBA in HR from IGNOU and have completed all my theoretical papers. I am now waiting to work on my final project. I am seeking assistance from someone who has experience in HR projects to guide me on the next steps. You will not get any ready-made project. You have to work out the topic on which you would like to do the project, and I can give some guidance. I completed my MBA (HR) from IGNOU in 2005, and I take up projects for MBA as well as Ph.D. professionally.

Hi! I have completed my MBA project. Jyoti, there are many topics in projects, and every topic can have a different approach. Please specify the topic if you can. Normally, in a project, you need to study your topic and find out errors in the process (your topic) and suggest solutions to the company to correct the errors. There could be suggestions on the observations that you must have made in the project.

I am amazed at the number of students seeking help and even more amazed at the number offering help at a cost. Some even seem to have ready-made projects.

Those seeking help, please search CiteHR for my posts on Research Methodology and also links to MBA Projects/dissertations. In fact, I have attached projects of two of my MBA students (of course, with their permission). These can act as guides for structure and methodology only. Please resist the temptation of using someone else's project for submission. You are undertaking the course to learn and not solely to earn a degree by paying money.

Additionally, please clarify whether you will offer guidance for free or charge for your services. As a retired academic, I offer free guidance but do not spoon-feed the students.
