First Aid Applainces For OHC As Per Factories Act

Dear All,
As per Factories Act, there are certain items listed out, to be maintained in the OHC. And also availability of Medical Officer, Compounder through out the working shift etc.
Kindly clarify, whether those are applicable to all the industries based on the number of worker working or it depends upon the process nature of the industry, hazardous or non-hazardous......

As per my knowledge all factories comes under the governance of Factories Act, they have to comply the all the applicable requirements of OHC, Medical Officer and all other requirement as per Chapter III and subsequent state rules...
I think it is mainly based on the workers engaged in the factory....
