ria,
are you helping expats or outstation staff in settling down/ onboarding etc ?
if yes, you can have a good career in administration..
for HR, you will need to brief me on your skillsets...

Hi Ria,

based on your narrative,

1. you have been exposed to training crew members, monitoring implementation and administering various sales promotional campaigns at baskin robbins.

2. at lingua, you are running the show like a mini ceo (the job has smattering of hiring/ scheduling/ quality control/ client interaction)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

a career is strictly a matter of personal aspirations n abilities...

based on the above skillsets you can move in training/ hiring (in hr) or in operations...

for HR you may need to pick relevant courses and those depend on which field you enjoy most
