Is There a Limit on PL Accumulation? Navigating New Company Leave Policies

Hi, I need help regarding PL accumulation. Is there any law or policy that limits the accumulation of PL over the years?

Company PL Policy Update

My company has introduced a new PL policy where we get 12 leaves per year, and 6 PL can be carried forward to the next year. So, in a year, a person cannot accumulate more than 18 leaves.
