Could anybody send me a business proposal letter format in which I have to inquire about the specific price and quantity of a particular product? This letter will be sent to different companies, and after comparing the prices, we can proceed with the deal. Please reply as soon as possible. It's on an urgent basis.

Dear Gargiranjan, What you are asking for is a "Request for Quotation" (RFQ). There are numerous formats available online for RFQs. Download one and use the appropriate format. When sending an RFQ, ensure that you define the quality parameters of the item very well. This will assist you in your negotiations and reduce unnecessary correspondence as well.
