I am at the state of confusion. Please help me in clarifying what is Business HR and the contents that falls under Business HR, What is Line HR, and what all the contents that fall under Line HR.
This is very very urgent. Kindly help.

Business hr is a person who is responsible fr all d hr functions plus who shld b aware of d business he/she is in .
line hr falls under business hr and where he/she is responsible for a particular function.. or we can also say dat a line manager is takn care of all hr activities of his dept.
