I am thinking of introducing outsourcing of the training function to my manager. The outsourcing is a proposal since our department will not be getting any replacement for retiring staffs.
But I have no exprience with any type of outsourcing. I need help as to what criteria I should be looking out for in a outsourcing company, what are the normal services provided, any invisible cost?, cost and benefits of outsourcing training experience by yourself, and any other information that I may have not considered.
