Seeking Transfer Letter On Spouse Grounds

hai to all,
Can any one help me in writing a transfer letter from one city toanother city on view of spouse grounds. As my husband transfered to another place , now i have apply transfer to that city.
Please help me in writing a very nice letter so that others can be convinced easily .

You could have searched this forum before raising this query. Else you could have at least tried writing something and uploading it here. Some senior like me would have corrected it.
