Dear Mr.Dhiraj,
Many friends asked you about yr. Excel Sheet. Please explain what is that actually? I am also confused .
For example: In your said excel sheet you mentioned in Sr. No. 1 APPOINTMENT LETTER and for Designation, Date of joining & CTC you mentioned Total Marks @ 2 for each. Now tell me how much you will put the marks in coloumn of OBTAIN MARKS & which criterial you have applied to give for obtain marks.
Also explain who will prepare HR audit Process Chart & Why?
Based on your explaination every body like me will start it application in thier day to day work.

Thanks Babita...you have rightly pointed out. I think some of them just making copy pest and spreding it to all users since they also do not understnad that what information they are sharing hence such types of friends can not explain/guide to other about usage of the shared information. Such type of people are wasing there and our valuble time.
My request to all concerns that please share the information with proper exlanation and also guide to person about how to use in practical manner.
