I came across an HR Manager whose communication is not very good. In every email (or any kind of communication), you can point out numerous grammatical errors, and one literally has to read the email twice to understand what she wants to communicate. More than once, I have spoken to her about her mistakes and suggested corrections, but she is not receptive to that feedback. I feel that being an HR Manager, her communication needs to be good, if not excellent.
