I need to calculate Full & Final Settlement for my employees, and I got the Final Settlement Sheet by saisrikanthhr, dated 29-6-2008. So, I need clarification for the same in the Excel Sheet for Final Settlement-Dubai. There is a column for VISA & Gratuity Days; how do we take this? As well as the number of days eligible?

The number of days eligible refers to the employee's working days and notice period, which will be specified in the employee's terms and conditions of employment.
