I joined a BPO and left after 10 days. At the time of joining, they took my signature on a service agreement for 6 months. It states that if an employee leaves before 6 months, they have to pay the cost of their training, which is up to 50,000. Now they are asking me for 50,000. When I asked HR how the cost could be so high for just ten days, she said it's the policy. I requested resignation, but they accused me of absconding and stated that they would only accept my resignation once I pay 50,000. I decided to leave without submitting a formal resignation. Will this impact my future employment prospects?
