Prohibition Period And Leave Policy

Hello Seniors...!!!
I am very new to HR industry though i had cleared my MBA with HR.
I want to clear myself with the Prohibition period and leave policy application as in my company the period is 6months and only then leave policy is applicable.
Kindly delver your valuable information.

It is not Prohibition Period my dear freind . It is called Probationary Period

Probationers will have a different leave system check out with your superior..... only certain leaves are provided...
