Filing Form 27 in Maharashtra: Are You Ready for the January 10th Deadline?

I am attaching the revised Form 27 (annual return) under the Factories Act in Maharashtra as notified on January 3, 2012. It is to be filed by all factories in the state electronically by the 10th of January each year.

Assistance with Annual Factory Return

Can anybody help with making the Annual Factory Return? How is it calculated and complied with? Secondly, if I have off-roll staff, do I need to include them in the count if they have not been declared before? What is the correct way of declaring the return?
