That is the reason we must wear the right cloth for the right profession. awesome pictures. Hope this accident will give adequate teachings to other employees in that factory. After seeing these pictures, there are so many questions arising in my mind.
Hope there is no fowlplay from the side of employer.
Why the workers in the factory has not given adequate instructions, so that they can work safely.
Why the safety department has not analysed about the risk involvement.
Why the safety department has not advised the employees in factory to wear suitable dress to safeguard them from such accident.
Even if we get the reply for these type of questions we cannot retrieve the life of the employee who lost his life and the family lost the earning member.

Safety department should be responsible for this, they should not allow employees wearing improper dress.

It is really shocking that safety department has allowed such type of dressing. But sometime, it happens due to some ignorance.

Dear sir,
Very thanks for sharing these pictures.I think safety department should take the more care about the workers.They have to motivate the people to were safety clothes. Explain them to instructions very understanding way.Its really not good,it should not happens like this.Oh..... my god........

If something happens, something goes WRONG we are all have a option ''SAFETY DEPARTMENT''. Please stop blaming guys. . . Please guys safety is everyone responsibility not only safety department AS A SAFETY PROFESSIONAL IF I WANT TO BLAME FOR THIS INCIDENT I CAN BLAME OTHERS but I don’t wanna do the same mistake what you did take owner ship guys stop blaming others.

Hmmm... gory sight to watch... In our organization we just placed just about the Shredder a photo of a person who got inserted her hand in to the shredder - this visual warning would induce people to be more careful while operating such dangerous machines.
