Seeking Help: How to Choose HR Research Topics and Prepare for PhD Interviews?

Hi everyone, I am an MBA in HR. I have cleared our Ph.D. eligibility test in Management (HR). Now, I have to face the Ph.D. admission interview for which I need to submit one comprehensive research proposal including the title of the research proposal, literature, objectives, work elements, and expected results. I also need to face the interview.

I request all of you to suggest some HR topics and how to write a research proposal for them, as well as what type of questions I need to face in the interview.
