How Can We Link the National Pension Scheme with Our Bank for Company Implementation?

Ramesan.pt
Dear Seniors, I am attaching information on the National Pension Scheme. I would like to have some information on how this scheme should be linked with a bank. I am planning for this to be implemented in our company.

Awaiting expert comments on this.

Regards,
PT Ramesh

Yes, I agree. But what is the mode of remittance to the bank, and how is it practically done? Has anybody started using this scheme?

Can you tell me if a company or organization is not interested in opening such an account for employees, is it possible for one to open an NPS account for themselves?

I believe that is possible, but I would like to know who the nodal agency of the National Pension Scheme (NPS) is for assisting corporates in opening accounts for their employees.

Through the employer or ECS mode, the component opted for NPS will be deposited by the employer with the selected NPS managers on your behalf.

Thank you, Mr. Ramesh, for creating awareness among our members. I have inquired about investment options with ICICI Bank and Kotak Bank. Upon receiving the information and forms, I will upload them for the use of our members.

Fill out the attached application and submit it to any of the following fund managers: SBI, ICICI, IDFC, Reliance Capital, UTI, and Kotak. I have already applied. For any doubts, please revert.

Thank you, Mr. Pon, for sharing the NPS Application form with us. As this is the common form, it can be deposited with any bank whose name is available in the fund manager's list in the form.

Hi All,

I have one query regarding the employer's share of NPS, which is 10% of Basic+DA. Is this supposed to be over and above the gross salary of the employee, or can it be a contribution made from the employee's gross but paid as an employer contribution through the employer? There is a lot of confusion around this in my company.

Regards,
Neeha
