Structured Interview For The Position Of Asst. Manager Finance.

Hello,
This is Ayesha Khan, student of MBA-HR. I am given an assignment by my Recruitment & Selection teacher. I have to take structured interview for the position of Asst. Manager Finance. I m confused how to proceed. What questions should I ask? Specially technical questions as I don\'t know much about finance. All candidates will be fresh MBA or BBA.

Browse those vacancies for the purpose of knowing the Job Description (JD) of this position. Once you get better JD, based on this JD, create questionnaire for the interview of this position.
