Alternative Method for Performance Appraisal
Besides the 360-degree format, I would like you to suggest another practical method for performance appraisal. Follow these steps:
- Prepare job descriptions (JDs) for each position.
- Develop Key Performance Areas (KPA) for each position.
- Assign a weightage to each KPA according to its importance.
- Establish standards for each assigned weightage.
- Conduct a performance appraisal based on these assigned KPAs.
