Recently, we have prepared and finalized our HR policy within our company. Subsequently, the Chairman and Managing Director have approved the said policy along with the leave policy.

I am now looking to distribute this leave policy widely among our internal employees for their awareness. Therefore, I kindly request a covering letter that can be used to circulate the leave policy among our internal staff.
