I have designed it my own and submitted to my organization. But it is not yet appreciated. I just kept it my document.

Do not worry. Being in HR, we should be prepared for situations like this and you know that HR people do not work for appreciations. Do not let your motivation level to dip. Continue doing the good words and appreciations and other things will follow you.

Good work. But what if selected candidate not join after doing follow up follow up and follow up... better to keep backup candidate/s (Shortlisted from the technical panel) it will save time as well as rework.
