Need A Suggestion How To Manage Confernce Room Booking

Hi,
Kindly let me how to manage conference room booking we have around 5 conference rooms in two location.Right now we are doing the booking manual in excel sheet & paste the printed excel sheet on conference room door.

Dear Ratnam,
What HRIS package do you have? Many HRIS packages have facility of conference room management also. Benefit of this facility is that any employee can check availability status of the conference room.
If your HRIS does not have this facility then why don't you tell your IT manager to do it on your website? It is not that difficult or costly.
