Managing Conference Room Bookings: How Do You Streamline the Process Across Locations?

Hi, kindly let me know how to manage conference room bookings. We have around 5 conference rooms in two locations. Currently, we are manually booking in an Excel sheet and pasting the printed Excel sheet on the conference room door.

What HRIS package do you have? Many HRIS packages have the facility of conference room management as well. The benefit of this feature is that any employee can check the availability status of the conference room.

If your HRIS does not have this feature, then why don't you tell your IT manager to implement it on your website? It is not that difficult or costly.
