If you haven’t sign offer/employment letter yet, there is no need to do so and you can left your job anytime without offering notice period or anything.
About documents that you have submitted, you don’t need to worry about it if you have submitted the copies of the same

Hi,
Firstly, I would say that this is very unprofessional to leave any organization within 5 days of joining. Simultaneously I appreciate that you have informed your management for the same instead of leaving without any information.
Now,If you haven't signed any documents(offer letter Or appointment letter) ,need not serve any notice period.
But again i would say "think twice before you Jump"
Thanks & Regards

Hi Roopa,
Thanks for your advice, infact i got 30% less than my previous company salary and the new offer which i mentioned in my query is giving me 30% more than previous company salary,
Both the companies are best employer.
I would not have jumped to another company, it's unprofessional as you said,
but in my case who worked only for 5 days and considering the above points
what is your suggestion on this.

Hi,
if you have not signed any offer letter, appointment letter any document which shows that you have joined the organisation. you can join the other one but make sure that it should not be habitual in future

Hi Prdphyd09, as we already have communicated above that there is no need to think much about it and can join this second organization bcz you haven't accept the offer and singed any employment related (offer/Joining) letter.

Second, Roopa and other member were just intended to say that one should not go for Money only but for a good employment where career opportunities, growth, and experience can be expected.

Third, I wanna know more about both companies bcz you have to measure which is best one first. and how can you say both are best bcz two companies cant be stand on a single term or at lever bcz Industry type, work style, atmosphere, culture, market position and many things matters in this.

For example, If you belongs to the Accounts/Finance, you can go with WIPRO (from IT Sector) or L&T (Infrastructure/ Construction Industry) but cant get the same career options/ opportunities/Salary package though both are best at their ground bcz there are many differences between these two companies/industries but the Accounts/Finance work are same and not much difference can be found.

Hope this can work for you and you will take a right decision for your career.

Lastly, I request you to do never pointing out or being harsh on anything to anyone but try to understand the motive and the role what one is playing for you .. We all are a family and here for learning, sharing which is out main motive and mission here on this esteem place

Though you can leave without any complication, this is not ethical practice (just leaving a company within 5 days). such job hoppers are liabilities to any organisation.
