have a query what is Salary Breakups And what are the days To put an attendance For on roll Employee? What is meant By Probationary Period? Sir Anyone please Guide me For my growth in this Company..

You get paid for the entire month...including weekly-offs. Hence, the days in a month are classified as Working Days and Weekly-Offs.
Probationary Period is a testing period for both...you and the company...and therefore, if you or the company is not happy with one another...then you can separate without much hassle. Companies provide certain benefits to only those employees who has completed the probationary period, as these require lots of investment from companies point of view.

Hi sanjeev sir thank you for your kind reply so please guide me in future the also how can we put salary breakups for the employees sir pls guide me.... if an employee salary is 15000 ctc how we split it .........
