One of our employees who has worked with us for more than six years has suddenly passed away. I am requesting all employees of the organization to contribute one day's salary so that we can provide financial support to his family.

Dear Rahul, do not send a letter to the employees requesting contributions. Instead, personally address all staff members and encourage them to generously contribute towards the family of the deceased employee. Prepare a staff list, obtain the employees' signatures along with their contribution amounts, calculate the total, and then present the collected amount to the deceased employee's family. When making the handover, ensure that four or five employees accompany you to avoid any suspicion of misuse of the collected funds.
