Seeking Ideas for Soft Skills Training Tailored for Top Management – Any Suggestions?

I have been a long-time subscriber of citehr, from which I have learned many things from all your posts. I wish to know what soft skills training can be presented for top management. My company has given me the responsibility of this training; kindly help me.

In addition to the modules mentioned in the above link, I can say that top management can be trained on:

- Conflict Handling Skills (how to eradicate negative conflict and substitute positive conflict in its place)
- Decision-making skills

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am a process trainer who is likely to step forward into soft skills training. Although I conduct basic soft skills training for freshers in my organization, this is my first time conducting it for the company's top management.

It would be of great help if you could shed some light on the presentation in more detail and also provide sample presentations, if any.
