Hi everyone,
I'm facing a small problem while conducting a reference check on my sales staff. Please find attached the present reference check form. This form is too lengthy, and the policy I need to follow is to take references of the sales executive's clients and not of his employer. These clients are always busy and cannot answer all the questions. Please note that my objective is to recruit the right person for the right job, and the reason we choose to speak to the client is that in sales, the client is the most important part of the business.
Kindly pass on some suggestions A.S.A.P.
