Find enclosed non implemented area's file. This list is prepared where ESIC survey were conducted and declared as non implemented area.
If your village is not found in both the files, then it deemed that the area is non coverable.

Dear seniors,
I am working in Industrial Civil Construction Co., I would like to some information regarding ESI & PF act Vadodara District, Gujarat
1. Vadodara Dist. Village - Nandesari & Halol region is covered under Implemented area or non implemented area in ESI Act.
2. How to Calculate ESI & PF amount of Our Unskilled & skilled Labour Wages.
3. Our Labour is not Permanent Worker in our Site, They are work hardly Two to Three Month & then by they are work with some other Company, So we are deduct his/her ESI & PF amount ?
4. Which amount PF & ESI Calculation ?
5. Minimum Wages Per day amount.
Please Guide me as soon as possible.
