Communication Skill Trainer + Free Lancer - DOC Download

We are looking forward for free lancers who can conduct Communication & Conflict management training at our office premises.
It will be 2 days activity and senior management will participate in this. Participant strength will be around 20 - 22 and this can be conducted on weekdays n weekends.
This is first time we are conducted such training so we need experts who have experience in providing training to corporate. Who would prefer trainer having experience with manufacturing sector and s/he will also have to take care of pre n post analysis of training

Following would be the mainstay of this module: -

a) A high-powered managerial simulation. This is indigenously developed and not downloaded from anywhere.

b) Top management should be able to eradicate negative conflict and substitute positive conflict in its place. I will emphasis on this point.

c) Participants will have threadbare understanding of how to calculate cost of conflict.
