May I know if there's a software that can capture the tasks performed by the employees? The purpose is to quantify the hours spent by the employee for given tasks for efficiency. And is it available in the market?

If you want a free monitoring software, try myteammonitor. It can produce screenshots and generate a daily report on the total time worked by the employee. However, it will automatically log out if there is no activity on the PC after 2 minutes.
