I have joined a company this week as an Administrator. My role here is to handle the entire office, admin and hr. Also, it’s a small non-private firm which has only 15employees so they do not have any HR Dept as such.
Hence, I have been asked to formulate new HR Policies, Rules & Regulations for the company.
They provide 15national holidays,Casual leaves-7 & Sick Leaves-8.
They do not have any provision of Provident Fund,Medical Insurance,LTA etc.
The employers are very concerned about punctuality and discipline in the office.
I will be highly obliged if I could get some suggestions for the same.
