Mr. RN Khola ji, can you please send me the list of categories of workmen in Haryana? I am interested in the categories sorted by minimum wages.
R.N.Khola
Dear Mahesh, all categories are already detailed out by one of our members along with details on clerical & misc. staff. While ensuring disbursement of minimum rates of wages to the employees working in different scheduled employments, we are also required to give our attention to the following footnote as provided by the minimum rates of wages latest notification dated 27.06.2007.

Note:

• Unskilled employees having 10 years of experience would be deemed categorized as semi-skilled 'A'.
• After 3 years of experience in semi-skilled 'A', the employee would be deemed categorized as semi-skilled 'B'.
• After 3 years of experience in skilled 'A', the employee would be deemed categorized as skilled 'B'.

Regards,
R N Khola

Kindly provide me with information regarding the components of Minimum Wages as applicable to Haryana. Does it include HRA, Special Allowances, and Traveling Allowances or not?

Thanks and Regards,
