Hi All,
Our is IT Company and USA Based.
In Our Company attendance is generated by the system through access card report and hence the employees need not have to sign in any where in the Attendance Register. I am not at all aware of the rules regarding attendance register, as far as i know register is necessary for P.F . can any body please help me on this ????

you can maintain your record electronically and it is permitted.
you have to apply to labour department for approval to maintain record electronically.

Now a days world is in adopting new technology where ur card says that u r present and u will get ur salary thru neft in your bank but in olden days of signature is not required now.
PF person also take the record from the systems.
