Hi all,

Our IT company is USA-based. In our company, attendance is generated by the system through access card reports, and hence, the employees do not need to sign in anywhere in the attendance register. I am not aware of the rules regarding the attendance register; as far as I know, the register is necessary for P.F. Can anybody please help me with this?

Dear you can maintain your record electronically and it is permitted. you have to apply to labour department for approval to maintain record electronically.

Dear Sir,

Nowadays, the world is adopting new technology where your card indicates your presence, and you will receive your salary through NEFT in your bank. However, in the olden days, a signature was not required. The PF personnel also retrieve records from the systems.
