Dear Mohan,
You can definitely go for CS course. It can be done either by postal coaching or oral coaching. However, you will have to devote some time for your studies since it is a professional course. CS will have regular interaction with CFO and other top management team members, Board of Directors, shareholders and government agencies, professionals etc. If you join a big group having full fledged secretarial department, there is no issue. However, smaller companies would expect you to take responsibility for some additional assignment also like accounts, import/export, legal etc. depending upon company's requirement, since they may not have full time work for CS. Hence in due course you may try to get additional exposure also. However, right now you will have to spare time for studies and for this, if required, you could think of changing your job also. For details on CS course you can visit ICSI website

Yes, you can go for this two year course for which details can be had from the following link:
Symbiosis International University : Preferred University for Students
ICSI permits one additional course with CS course. CS course is also mainly based on law and hence it will be a good combination.
Best wishes
